Having over 50 years of combined mattress experience gives us an advantage over the competition when picking out our mattress lines. The fact is, we have carried and sold all of the major brands over the years… and some not so major.

When choosing the products that we wanted for our store, two of these brands towered over all the others: Simmons Beautyrest and Tempur-pedic. We saw these as “must have” lines and would not have opened Northwest Sleep Solutions without them. Simmons Beautyrest has been the number one selling mattress in the Northwest for years. We started selling them in January of 1985. They pioneered the individually pocketed coil and more recently the “no-flip” mattress. To this day they still make their own coils in their state-of-art factory in Sumner, WA.

Tempur-pedic is a much more recent phenomenon. Their space-age Tempur material has truly revolutalionized the mattress industry. We have sold them since 2002 and continue to be amazed by customer feedback and their unmatched material durability. Predictably, they are now the second best selling brand across America.

After securing Simmons and Tempur-pedic, we set out to fill some specific needs we had for our mattress collection. We wanted a line that incorporated more natural material into their products. Secondly, we wanted a great value line that provided superior comfort and durability at an affordable price. It was at this point we designed our own Northwest Sleep Solutions signature line so that we could satisfy both of these needs.

For those looking for the finest in Natural mattresses, we worked with a Seattle based company in their design of a true all natural latex line. This line, from 45th Street Bedding, uses the old fashioned Dunlop method of production because of the increase in durability and designs the mattress to be both rotatable AND flip-able.
